Company Profile Website Examples by Business Type (Try Them)

Short answer
A company profile website is a website that introduces a company to potential clients and partners: the services it provides, its portfolio, legality, and who can be contacted. Its content varies depending on the type of business. A housing developer answers questions about land status and available units, while a clinic chain writes about its operating hours and facilities. Below are eight demo examples created by InWebsite that you can open and try.
Looking for company profile website examples usually ends in a design gallery: a row of neat screenshots, but can't be tried on your phone and doesn't explain why a section is there. To compile the content of a company website, what's more helpful is an example from a business type similar to yours, which can be opened and read section by section. The eight demos below are grouped by business type. In each example, we write down the sections worth imitating and the packages we use, including features that are only demonstrated in appearance. All of these demos are our own creations: the business names are fictional, and the achievement numbers and testimonials inside are sample fillings.
Housing developers: land status and remaining units answered on the project page

Our Cendana Hills demo is arranged as a one-project housing website. The order follows the steps of potential buyers: house types with their sizes and prices, facilities within the cluster, a site plan that marks the status of each unit, and then the process from survey to key handover. The FAQ is titled Legalitas and Serah Terima. It contains questions that are usually only asked at the marketing office, such as the land status of each type (SHM or HGB) and costs outside the selling price, such as BPHTB and name changes.
Developers who only have one project can use this arrangement as a company profile, as long as the seller's legal entity name is clearly written. Once the second project is underway, in our opinion, each project needs its own page, plus one company page that links everything together. This form of multiple pages is included in the Business package.
The unit status on the demo site plan is a sample display. On a website without an admin panel, changing the status of one unit means changing the code. If your units change status every week, there are two options. Install an admin panel so your team can change it themselves, which at our place is included in the Enterprise package, or display the site plan without status and ask potential buyers to inquire about units via WhatsApp.
Contractors and project-based services: each work stage gets a time marker

We don't have a contractor demo yet. For a contractor company profile website, the most suitable part to borrow is from our wedding planner demo, Dream Weddings. The workflow is written in six steps counted down from the wedding day, starting from the initial consultation in the range of H-360 to H-180. Each step mentions what the team is working on at that stage, so the couple reading it knows how far the preparation has progressed.
Contractor clients and wedding planner clients both pay a down payment for results that cannot be seen yet. What they are looking for on your page is when they are asked to make a decision and when the next payment is due. Contractors can use the same pattern for surveys, RAB preparation, contracts, implementation, and handover, with an estimate of the duration of each stage if you have the numbers. The FAQ on that demo also writes about the down payment scheme and the rules for postponing the event date. The equivalent in contractors is the payment term and how to handle additional work that arises in the middle of the road.
The legalities that contractor clients usually check, such as SBU and NIB, we detail on the contractor website services page.
Building supply stores and suppliers: the return policy is written with its exceptions

Buyers for projects, from laborers to homeowners who are renovating, want to know one thing before ordering in large quantities: what happens if the goods are not suitable. In the Warna Abadi paint store demo, the answer is in the FAQ. Unopened cans can be exchanged within 7 days with the original receipt, while cans that have been mixed with custom colors cannot be returned. The warranty follows the policy of each brand for production defects, and damage due to incorrect application is not covered. The paint needs calculator also comes with a note that the calculation uses the spreading power of interior emulsion paint, so for wood and metal paint, the numbers are only initial estimates.
Imitate its exception section. Rules that only say "can be returned" will be tested in cases you never thought of, while rules that mention the limits can be shown when someone complains. The 7-day number in the demo is a sample, so write the number you actually implement.
Clinics with several branches: facilities and opening hours written before patients set out

You who will visit a place often have questions that are rarely typed in chat: is there a car park or not, and can the door be passed through a wheelchair. The Griya Sehat demo displays a list of facilities next to the practice schedule table, which writes Saturday and holiday hours separately from business days. The doctor's schedule can be changed per branch, and the address of each branch is written in full. A list of facilities like this is worth imitating by any company that receives guests, from consultant offices to showrooms.
Booking and patient portals in the demo are just a display format. The real version requires a database and staff who update it every day. The booking system is a Basic Tier feature in the Enterprise package, and patient data has its own rules that we explain on the clinic website design service page. The demo is one page, but for clinics with several branches that have different schedules, we more often recommend Business so that each branch has its own page.
Tutoring centers and course providers: every city served is named

The phrase "serving all of Indonesia" invites chats from cities that you actually cannot visit. The TutorinAja demo separates two services with different coverage areas. Online classes are available anywhere, while home tutoring is only available in six cities listed one by one, from Jakarta to Bandung. Below it, there is one sentence for those living outside the list: ask first via WhatsApp, and the team will check if there is a tutor there.
A similar pattern appears in another demo with a different form. Warna Abadi writes down the delivery zones along with the duration, from the same day for Jakarta Selatan to two to three business days for Tangerang and Bekasi, while Kirana Logistics divides its coverage area into four zones. For contractors and caterers, a list of regions like this filters potential clients before you even have time to respond.
Manufacturers: the About page covers where materials come from and how things are made

The raw materials and how the products are made: these are the two things that buyers ask producers, because both determine the quality they receive in each subsequent order. The KAWA Coffee demo, for a coffee roastery, discusses both in two places. The homepage features a map of the origin of the beans, displaying the height of the garden and the processing method for each origin. The About page tells the story of tracing the beans back to the garden and how they are roasted in small batches. The year of establishment is only mentioned in one sentence.
KAWA is the only demo on this list that is built with several pages: a catalog with product detail pages, a Journal for articles about the origin of the beans and the roasting stages, About, and Contact. We recommend this division for producers with many products or a long production process. The arrangement of several pages with a blog is included in the Business package, Rp 5.000.000, and in that package, we write the first three articles so that the blog doesn't go live empty.
Company profile website design follows what prospective clients are judging
Your procurement staff looking for an expedition are evaluating reliability, and the Kirana Logistics demo gives them a calm look: a dark blue header with one orange accent color, and a column to check the receipt number that is directly visible on the first screen. The contents and order of its parts we discuss in what is a company profile article.
Potential clients of a creative agency evaluate other things, namely taste and the ability of the team that they will pay. In The Signal demo, each part of the page is in the form of one animation scene, and the last scene is also the footer containing contact links. The reach numbers and percentage increases in the demo are sample fills. On a real agency website, new campaign result numbers are only worth installing if the client allows it and you can show where the numbers come from.
A cool company profile website also depends on who is evaluating. In our opinion, buyers from factories are more confident seeing sharp and genuine production line photos than animations. Custom animations that respond to scrolling like in The Signal we discuss separately through the Enterprise package, because their complexity depends on the needs of each brand.
Making a company profile website starts with a list of sections worth copying
The order we suggest, whether you order the website from us or from another vendor:
- Choose a demo that has a business type closest to yours in portfolio, then write down the parts you want to imitate, each with a one-sentence reason. If there isn't one that's close, choose from what your potential clients are currently checking, such as legality or service area.
- Calculate the parts. If everything fits in one flow from top to bottom, one page is enough. Separate pages are only needed if each service or project has different readers and long explanations.
- Mark the parts that change, such as remaining units or doctor schedules, then decide who updates them and how often.
- Write the title of each part as an answer. "Check Available Units" and "Service Area for Home Lessons" already tell you what's inside, while "Our Products" only gives a label. In our opinion, on mobile screens, section titles are often the only thing read before people decide to continue scrolling. The content material can be collected by following the list in the article what is a company profile.
- Register the domain in the company's name. Domains registered in an employee's name will cause problems when the person leaves, even though the company's website and email addresses depend on it. How to check the domain owner's name is available at who is the owner of your website's domain.
A free company profile website can also be made on website builders with a subdomain address, such as namausaha.layanan.com, and that's enough for trying out. For companies, the limitations are quickly felt: that address is not owned by your company, and email with the company's name still requires its own domain.
Six of the eight demos above were built within the limits of the Starter package
Cendana Hills, Dream Weddings, Warna Abadi, Griya Sehat, TutorinAja, and Kirana Logistics each have one page without a database, with a size that fits our Starter package: Rp 1.500.000, with a completion time of around 3 days since we receive the brief and complete materials. KAWA Coffee and The Signal were built on the basis of the Business package, Rp 5.000.000 with a completion time of 1 to 2 weeks. This package provides space for several pages with a blog, which was used by KAWA, as well as animations and smooth interactions, which were the basis for The Signal. The prices for the Starter and Business packages already include a .com domain, hosting, and SSL for the first year.
The demo section only shows the display, which has its own calculation. Clinic booking and admin panel for changing unit status are Basic Tier features in the Enterprise package, which starts at Rp 15.000.000 with two Basic Tier features already included. Tracking of shipping receipts connected to real shipping data is calculated separately in the proposal. If you are still weighing between one page and several pages, examples by company size can be found on the company profile website design page, while the list of contents for the three packages can be found on the pricing page.
The list of sections you compiled from the demo can already be used as a brief. Send it along with the demo link, and after a free consultation of around 30 minutes, a proposal containing details of the pages, features, timeline, and final price will be sent within one to two days.
