Starter takes about 3 days, Business 1-2 weeks, Enterprise varies with project scale. The clock starts once we have the full brief and your materials (logo, photos, copy).

Two rounds of design revisions are included, and small tweaks during development are not counted. After development starts, large changes are quoted as additional work - we always give you the estimate before touching anything.

Yours. We register and manage it, but ownership and full access are in your hands from day one.

Nothing. There is no subscription to us: the package price is paid in two parts (a deposit up front, the balance once you approve the site), and that is all. For Starter and Business, the .com domain, hosting, and SSL for year one are included in the package price; from year two you renew directly with the provider, in your own name - we help you choose and set it up at no extra cost. For Enterprise, external services (hosting, database, storage, domain, email provider) run on accounts in your name and are billed directly by their providers from the start - we set them up and configure them for you.

We train it on your own website content, from services and pricing through to opening hours, then install the widget in the corner of your pages. Visitors ask, the bot answers from that material rather than making things up. There is a limited free quota of around 100 messages an hour, while capacity lasts. Included with Business and Enterprise; on Starter it can be added on.

Yes. What you already paid counts as credit, so you only pay the difference. The most common move is Starter to Business once more content room is needed.

Visual animation and interaction (scroll animation, hover effects, smooth transitions) are included in the Business package. More complex interaction (elements that respond to scroll or cursor in a custom way, like some of the showcase demos) is scoped under Enterprise, since the complexity depends on your brand's specific needs.

Very cheap services usually reuse one template for many businesses: you just swap the logo, colours, and text. Here the site is built from scratch around how your business works, with design revisions included in the package and the domain in your name. Before picking any vendor, ask three things: whose name the domain is under, what you pay in year two, and how many revisions are included.

You can. Free website builders give you a subdomain address (such as yourbusiness.builder.com), and that is enough to try things out. The limits: the address is not yours, the look is limited to their templates, there are often ads or the builder's logo, and their rules can change at any time. A paid website makes sense once you need your own address, a look customers trust, and full control over the content.

For Starter and Business, the .com domain, hosting, and SSL for the first year are included in the package price. From year two you pay the renewal directly to the provider, in your own name. The amount depends on the domain extension and the provider you choose, and we help you compare the options at no extra cost.
