Landing Page Design for Businesses
A landing page is one page created for one purpose: to make people who come from ads, Instagram bio, or brochures do one thing, usually send a WhatsApp chat. It doesn't need a lot of content. What's needed is an order that answers the visitor's doubts one by one before they reach the button.
What usually holds small businesses back
Many ads that have actually caught attention end up sending people to the wrong place. Visitors who click on shoe wash promo ads land on an Instagram profile with hundreds of posts, or on a marketplace store's homepage with dozens of other products. They have to search for the promo they saw earlier themselves, and not everyone is willing to go through the trouble.
The second problem lies in mobile phones. People who come from social media ads usually open the page on their mobile phones, often with a less-than-ideal signal. Heavy pages, filled with pop-ups, or buttons that only appear after scrolling far make people close them before they can even read the offer, even though you've already paid for the click.
The third issue is about ownership. Landing pages created on free platforms usually use the platform's address and a template design that's the same as thousands of other pages. As long as the platform is running, there's no problem. But once you stop subscribing or the rules change, the address that's already been printed on brochures and spread across ads will also disappear.
What it can look like for small businesses
This CuciKilat Laundry demo was built by us as an example of the design, not a paid client's website. It is a one-page landing page: a price list by the kilo arranged as cards to be readable on a mobile phone screen, a list of pickup areas, an estimated processing time, and a single WhatsApp button that directly opens a chat containing a pickup request. The pattern can be used for other businesses: a quote at the top, details and evidence in the middle, and a single call to action at the bottom.

What you get
For a landing page, the content that usually determines whether people contact you or not includes:
- One quote sentence at the top, which is the same as the content of the ad or post that brings visitors there
- Price or price range, because that's the first question of almost all potential buyers
- Details that answer doubts: what you get, how long it takes, how to order
- Verifiable evidence, such as photos of your own work, address, and business hours
- One WhatsApp button with a pre-filled opening message, repeated at several points on the page so you don't have to scroll back
- A lightweight display on mobile phones, because that's where ad visitors usually come from
- A domain in your name, so the address printed on brochures and ads remains yours
What we do not recommend: navigation menus to many other pages and more than one call to action. Landing pages work because visitors only have one next step.

Questions we often get from small businesses
- How much does a landing page cost?
Rp 1.500.000 with the Starter package, already includes .com domain, hosting, and SSL for the first year, with a completion time of around 3 days after we receive the complete materials. There is no monthly subscription fee to us.
- Can the landing page be used for Instagram, Facebook, or Google ads?
Yes, and that's its primary function. One page with one call to action makes it clear what the next step is for those who click on the ad. If your ad requires a tracking code from the ad platform, let us know in the brief, and we'll explain in the proposal whether it's included in the package or not.
- There are platforms for creating landing pages for free. What's the difference?
Free platforms are sufficient for trying out ideas. The difference is usually in three things: the address uses the platform's domain, the appearance is a template used by many people, and the page will disappear if the subscription stops. Here, the page is created from scratch for your business, with a domain in your name.
- What's the difference between a landing page and a regular website?
A regular website has several pages and menus for people who want to explore: profile, services, blog, contact. A landing page is only one page with one goal, and intentionally doesn't offer many other options. A business can start with a landing page, then add pages after finding out what their customers often ask.
- What if I need more than one page later?
Upgrade to the Business package. What you've already paid for the Starter package will be counted as a discount, so you only need to pay the difference.
