Notes Behind This Demo

Bengkel Motor Jaya only exists in this demo, with a made-up address in Surabaya. The visitor I pictured is a rider due for routine service who wants to know the cost before riding over. In my view their biggest worry is a price that only comes up once the bike is already in pieces.

Three design decisions

I laid the price list out like a workshop job ticket, with a check mark on every line and prices aligned right. Under it, one small sentence says prices can change if extra parts are needed and that the customer hears about it first, right where people read the numbers.
In the opening section, the WhatsApp booking button has a partner: a Lihat Daftar Harga (see price list) button that jumps to the ticket. Some visitors are not ready to chat and only want to check rates, and they get a one-tap route too.
Of the three promises on the page, a free re-check within 3 days if the problem returns gets the biggest card, with the other two beside it. It speaks most directly to the fear of being ripped off, so people read it first.

For one location with prices that rarely change, Starter is enough, including a step-by-step guide to getting Google My Business verified. Service slots booked by the hour and stored in a system the mechanics can see need a database behind them plus an admin panel, which moves the job to Enterprise, from Rp 15.000.000.
