Notes Behind This Demo

Batam Auto Gallery is a fictional showroom in Batam selling petrol and electric cars. The buyer I pictured already has two or three models in mind, wants to compare specs and estimate installments from home, and only then comes in for a test drive.

Three design decisions

Fuel type has the same color code on every card: the BENSIN (petrol) label is bronze and the LISTRIK (electric) label is teal. A buyer looking for an electric car can separate the options at a glance, before touching the category filter.
The installment estimator uses the same car list as the display grid, with a 20, 30, or 50 percent down payment and terms of up to 60 months. It shows the down payment, remaining principal, and monthly installment, with a note that the bank or leasing company sets the final figure, so the result reads as an estimate.
Two models get their own spec tab, a table of engine, power, transmission, and dimensions with values aligned right for easy comparison. Below it, a note says the physical car in the showroom is the final reference.

The six cars on display are fixed in the code. Stock that changes weekly and is updated by the sales team themselves needs an admin panel on top of a database, which only Enterprise has, from Rp 15.000.000. Business (Rp 5.000.000) covers a backend-free catalog, with car photos served from Cloudflare's storage and CDN and extra images added on request during the month of support.
