Game Top-Up Website Design
A game top-up store lives on speed: buyers choose a game and an amount, enter their player ID, pay, then wait for the diamonds or voucher to arrive within minutes. A website like that is an application with a database, a connection to a voucher supplier, and online payments, so at InWebsite it can only be built with the Enterprise package. One thing we say up front: we don't build sites related to gambling.
What usually holds game top-up businesses back
The most common complaint at a top-up store comes from transactions that get stuck halfway. A mistyped player ID, a payment that went through but an item that hasn't arrived, or an amount that's out of stock at the supplier. Without an order status page and transaction history, every case like that ends up in a chat with the admin, and the admin matches transfer receipts against the supplier's records one by one.
The second problem is payments. A payment gateway account is registered in your business entity's name, and every provider has a list of prohibited business types. Midtrans, for example, prohibits gambling and businesses with a similar concept, including electronic gaming chips, as well as game boosting or rank-up services. Game vouchers and top-ups aren't mentioned on that list, so you need to ask the provider directly before you sign up. Stores that only sort out their payment account after the website is done often get held up at this stage.
The third is abuse and bookkeeping. A top-up store holds a balance with its supplier and receives money from many small buyers at once. Transaction limits, a record of every order status change, and reports that match incoming funds against the balance used at the supplier need to be designed from the start. Adding them after the store gets busy is much harder.
What it can look like for game top-up businesses
We don't have a top-up store demo yet. What's embedded here is InWebUndang, our own digital invitation product that's already running, so it's clearly not a top-up store. We show it because its pattern is the closest to what a top-up store needs: users are free to try it first, payment only happens when the invitation is published, and everything runs on a database and storage with a separate app for its users. The ordering, status, and payment parts of a top-up store are built the same way.

What you get
What we usually build for a game top-up store:
- A top-up flow from choosing the game, choosing the amount, entering the player ID (and server ID if the game uses one), to choosing the payment method, with a check on the ID format before the buyer pays
- An order status page and transaction history for buyers, so "has it arrived yet" questions can be answered without asking
- An API connection to the voucher supplier of your choice, with the account in your business entity's name. The supplier is discussed and its API documentation checked in the proposal
- Payment methods from a payment gateway that accepts your business, such as QRIS, e-wallets, and virtual accounts, as offered by the provider
- An admin panel to view transactions, set prices and which amounts are available, and handle failed orders
- Transaction reports to match incoming funds against your balance at the supplier
- Hosting, database, and domain in your own accounts, billed directly by the providers, plus handover of the source code, README, and database diagram
What we don't do: gambling sites or anything resembling them, including selling betting-style game chips, and boosting or rank-up services for game accounts.
Pricing for a game top-up website
A top-up store can only be built with the Enterprise package, from Rp 15.000.000, because it needs a database, an admin panel, and online payments, which neither Starter nor Business includes. The Enterprise base price already covers 2 Basic Tier features of your choice, and the two main needs of a top-up store, a payment gateway and an admin panel, are both on that feature list. The connection to a voucher supplier and other features beyond that are priced per item in the proposal. The timeline depends on the size of the project.
Payment gateway transaction fees and the working balance at your voucher supplier aren't included in our price, because those accounts are in your business entity's name and billed directly by the providers. One month of technical support for bug fixes after handover is included. Package details are on the package page.
Questions we often get from game top-up businesses
- How much does a game top-up website cost?
From Rp 15.000.000 with the Enterprise package. The base price already covers 2 Basic Tier features of your choice, and other features are priced per item in the proposal. Hosting, database, and domain are in your accounts, billed directly by the providers.
- Can I use the cheaper Starter or Business package?
Not for a top-up store. Starter and Business are websites without a database and without online payments, so they can't record orders or deliver items automatically. If you only want to test the market, a catalog page with ordering over WhatsApp can be a first step before building the store.
- Which payment gateways can be used?
Whichever one accepts your type of business after verification. Every provider has a list of prohibited or restricted businesses, and the account has to be in your business entity's name. Check their terms and ask directly about game top-ups before signing up, because not every list mentions them.
- Is it already integrated with a particular voucher supplier?
We don't claim any particular supplier is already integrated. The integration is built from the API documentation of the supplier you choose, and we check that documentation before writing it into the proposal.
- Can you build a slot site or a chip-selling site?
No. We don't build gambling sites or anything resembling them, including selling betting-style game chips, whatever the package.
